At Flyover, our menu brings together a deep love for Indian street-food and home-cooking - making it the perfect mix of 'a lil bit naughty & very nice!' 

Crunchy chickpea flour & vegetable pakoras (fritters) that are made to order. Salads so tasty, you wouldn’t want to call them salads at all. Fritter burgers with fried chillies, house pickles & tongue tickling chutneys. Quinoa Khichri that has a queue of its own. And did we mention proper Indian chai? Indian flavours so fresh & life affirming, you’ll want them everyday!

Fritters/ Pakora: Seasonal veggies coated in chickpea flour and spices & fried to order. Served with our house tamarind chutney & fresh mint chutney. 


Quinoa Khichri: Creamy stew of lentils, rice & quinoa & seasonal veggies. Topped with fritters, chutneys & seed mix. Pictured below: Eggplant khichri with onion fennel jam, chilli tomato kasundi & fritters. Flavours change every week.

Sabzi Sando: A uniquely Indian way of cooking vegetables (sabzi), sandwiched in sourdough bread with house chutneys. New flavours every week. 

Pao Burger: Cauliflower Fritters, indian guacamole, tamarind chutney, pickled beetroot, tomato & lettuce in a soft potato bun. Fried chilli optional

Cardamom chai: Brewed the traditional way with fresh ginger & spices for a strong cuppa! Available hot or on ice. Get it by the cup or 1 Ltr bottles.
